Handcrafted,

for the journeys you’ve been meaning to take

Boutique Off Grid Camper Conversions, thoughtfully designed for coastal escapes, mountain roads and spontaneous detours.

Designed with purpose, built with care.

At Rolstone Camper Co., we believe the best campervans aren't necessarily the ones with the longest specification lists.

They're the ones where every decision has been made for a reason.

The layout, storage, heating, electrical system, water system and choice of materials are all carefully considered to create a campervan that is comfortable, practical and enjoyable to live with, not just on day one, but for years to come.

We favour simple, proven solutions over unnecessary complexity. Systems that are easy to understand. Materials that improve with age. Layouts that maximise both comfort and usable space.

Our goal is not simply to build beautiful campervans, but to create campervans that continue to feel right after hundreds of nights away and thousands of miles travelled.

Every Rolstone campervan is built around that philosophy.

The Cove

Coming Soon

Built for weekends.

Not every adventure needs weeks of planning.

The Cove is being developed for spontaneous escapes, festival weekends, surf trips and nights away when the weather looks too good to stay home.

Smaller, lighter and more agile than the Willow, the Cove will retain the same Rolstone Camper Co. commitment to thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and practical usability, packaged into a campervan designed for flexibility and freedom.

For those moments when Friday afternoon turns into a weekend you'll remember.

The Wayfarer

Coming 2027

Built for the long road.

The Wayfarer is our vision for extended touring and longer adventures.

Designed for those who dream of exploring Scotland's remote corners, following the Atlantic coast through Europe or spending weeks on the road at a time, the Wayfarer will build upon the core Rolstone Camper Co. philosophy whilst offering additional space, storage and self-sufficiency.

Every detail will be considered with long-distance travel in mind, creating a campervan that feels just as comfortable on day thirty as it does on day one.

For the journeys where the destination matters a little less than the road that gets you there.

Bespoke Builds

The best campervan for you may not already exist.

That's why we offer a limited number of bespoke builds each year, working closely with you to create a campervan that reflects the way you travel, the adventures you have planned, and the compromises you're not willing to make.

Whether you're dreaming of extended European tours, weekends exploring the coast, carrying bikes, paddleboards or dogs, or simply want a campervan that feels more like you, the process always starts with a conversation.

We'll explore your ideas, challenge assumptions where it helps, and carefully shape a design around what matters most to you.

Because the goal isn't simply to build a campervan.

It's to build the right campervan.

  • "The conversion has been completed to a very high standard, with excellent attention to detail throughout. Not only was the van beautiful and unique, it was also very practical. All of the little things you wish you had in a van were there! "

  • "Andy's skilled craftsmanship is evident in every aspect of the build, from the cabinetry and fittings to the finishing touches. You can tell that he puts his heart and soul into the conversions."

  • "The viewing experience was easy right from finding the location through to being able to look at everything and ask as many (silly) questions as I needed to. I would highly recommend taking a look at Andy's work if you are considering buying a really special campervan."

"Tell me about the journeys you've been meaning to take, and let's build your dream van around them."

Answer 20 Questions to start your adventure

Designed for Travel

Every layout begins with a simple question: how will this feel after a week, a month or even longer on the road? Our campervans are designed around real journeys, prioritising comfort, practicality and ease of use over gimmicks and unnecessary features.

Why we build this way

Simple & Reliable

The best adventures happen when you can focus on the journey, not the systems. That's why we favour proven components, straightforward designs and practical solutions that are easy to understand, maintain and enjoy for years to come.

Handcrafted

Built in small numbers and crafted by hand, each campervan receives the time and attention it deserves. From cabinetry and electrical systems to the finishing touches, every detail is carefully considered and personally installed.

The components include a large blue inverter, two blue charge controllers labeled 'MPPT 100 | 50' and 'Orion-Tr Smart 12 | 12 - 30,' a plastic fuse box with red wires, a small gray power outlet, and a small red and black plug. There are various wires and cables connected to the devices.

My Story

Close-up of a man with short brown hair, blue eyes, and a slight beard, wearing sunglasses on his head, looking to the side with a slight smile.

There are still coastlines to discover, roads you've never driven, mornings to wake up somewhere new and journeys you've been promising yourself you'll take one day.

Travel has always been a huge part of my life. Whether it's exploring Italy's quieter corners, spending weekends at music festivals, climbing mountains across the UK or slowly working my way around the South West Coast Path with close friends, some of my happiest memories have come from time spent on the road and outdoors.

Those experiences have shaped the way I think about travel and, ultimately, the way I build campervans.

I've always enjoyed making things. Long before Rolstone Camper Co., I was the person researching every detail, planning every project and looking for better ways to do things. I love good design, practical solutions and the satisfaction that comes from building something properly.

After many years building a career in business adding value to someone’s vision, like many people I found myself wanting to create something of my own. Campervans brought together everything I enjoy: thoughtful design, problem solving, craftsmanship and adventure.

Today, every Rolstone campervan is built with the same care and attention I'd want if I were building it for myself. The layouts are carefully considered, the materials are chosen for quality and durability, and every detail is there for a reason.

I build vans one at a time, focusing on creating something that feels special to own, easy to live with and ready for whatever adventure comes next.

Because there are still journeys worth taking.

And adventure isn't done with you yet.
